Our Refund Policy
At Ardas Travel, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below is our refund policy:
Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 14 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
- Less than 14 days before departure: Partial refund (up to 50%).
- Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund.
Cancellation by Ardas Travel
If we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Services
- Tickets labeled as non-refundable.
- Services partially used.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to refund@ardasstravel.com.
- Processing time: 7-10 business days.
- Airline ticket cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline through which the ticket was issued.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted 48 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
- Some tickets may be non-refundable or may incur cancellation fees, depending on the airline and fare type.
