Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 14 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
  • Less than 14 days before departure: Partial refund (up to 50%).
  • Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund.

Cancellation by Ardas Travel

If we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Tickets labeled as non-refundable.
  • Services partially used.
